Delivery Policies
Your Quality Guarantee
As your professional florist, we guarantee delivery of fresh,
beautiful flowers. All items featured on our web site represent the types of
arrangements that we offer and may vary slightly depending upon availability
in certain regions in accordance with the Substitution Policy.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a
timely manner. The upmost care and attention will be given to your order to
ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in
size or shape. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown in the
online catalog should be used if at all possible, even if this means
substituting other kinds of flowers of equal value.
When substitution is necessary, the upmost care shall be taken to maintain
the overall effect of the arrangement illustrated in the online catalog. For
example, spiked flowers should be substituted for spikes and round flowers
for round.
In one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as roses, the variety is of first
importance, preceding color in this instance only.
Delivery:
Your orders to any region in Turkey is delivered same day. For your
international orders it may not be delivered on the same day due to time
differences and working hours between countries.
If your recipient is not home at time of delivery, the package will be left
to a neighbour or to security guard of apartment or at their door. If
its an office it will be left to a friend of the recipient, for hospitals
and hotels it will be left to reception.
If your flowers are rejected by the recipient, the flowers are brought back to our office and kept there for 3 days. During this period the recipient might come and take them or we may re-try to deliver with an additional service fee which varies according to the place that recipient resides.
Keep in mind that your gift is a perishable item. Be sure to select a
delivery address where they can be cared for immediately upon arrival.

Special days delivery information
Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods,
we require flexible delivery hours during these times. We still offer
our same-day delivery service, during the following major floral holiday periods:
Valentine's Day, New Year, Mother's Day.
During these holiday periods, it is important to place your order early to ensure timely delivery.
